Nicole King, Broker Owner
Nicole married her husband, Josh, in 2002. They have two children, an 18 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. For ten years, they flipped houses in Billings. In 2014, Nicole decided to go into real estate full-time and has enjoyed every minute of it. She’s helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes and investment properties over the years and hopes to continue to do so for many years to come. When she isn’t working, Nicole enjoys listening to podcasts (ask her which ones she follows!), reading non-fiction books, and camping with her family.

Anya Anokhina, Realtor®

Anya was born and raised in Russia, but she came to the United States 11 years ago. She spent some time in New York and Salt Lake City before she found herself in Billings. She fell in love with the man she was so fortunate to marry. Anya also fell in love with the Billings community and the beauty of Montana. Anya’s interest in exact sciences led her to earn a degree in IT, while her love for working with people has brought her 7 years of experience in sales and customer service. Anya has found a happy medium of her interests in Real Estate. When she is not busy helping her clients, Anya can be found playing with her sweet children – 4 year-old daughter, Ava, and 1 year-old son, Solomon – or watching her husband, Ryan Kabeary, play music around Billings.

Brandon Booty, Realtor®

Brandon was born and raised in Billings, MT, and his love for Billings and the great outdoors makes it hard for him to picture anywhere else as home. Brandon has a background in finance and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Montana State University – Billings. He enjoys spending time with his family, which consists of his better half Danyela and her beautiful daughter Zaliya, as well as their bernedoodle Chaco. Brandon and his family purchased their first home in December 2019 and he hopes to inspire other first time home buyers to do the same. When he is not busy helping clients, he can be found golfing with his three brothers or fly fishing the great state of Montana.

Haley Hoffner, Realtor®

Haley was born and raised in Billings, MT, and she never wants to leave this beautiful state. As someone who lives in a multigenerational household, she believes that buying the right home for your family is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Haley’s dream of building her own home for her future family drew her into studying real estate and how it works together with construction and investing. She loves data and researching to help people make a well informed decision for their future. In her free time she can be found painting, crocheting, bowling with her sister, or walking her dog Luka.

Alyssa Hutchinson, Realtor

Alyssa Hutchinson received her real estate license in April 2016; with her passion for helping others, she knew right away that she wanted support other agents and their clients. Today she is the Transaction Coordinator and Productivity Coach for 41 Realty Group. She ensures each transaction goes smoothly and helps agents reach their individual goals. Alyssa is working toward earning her broker’s license, so she does work with her own clients, and co-lists and co-buys with agents in the office. Alyssa thrives on community involvement; she is a leader in her networking group, True North, on the Economic Development Committee through the Billings Association of Realtors and is currently coaching her daughter’s soccer team! She is married to her best friend, Ryan, and they have two beautiful children – Hunter and Marilynn. When she has a free moment, she enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with her family.

Jack Klein, Referral Specialist

Jack and Susan were married in Billings in 1986 just before graduating from Eastern Montana College and are currently raising the last 2 of their 6 kids. After teaching together for a bit on the islands of Guam and Palau, Jack took up service as an officer in the US Air Force for 23 years. They lived in CA, ND, WA, and VA while Jack jaunted all around the world. They also bought/sold a lot of houses! In 2014 they returned to beloved Montana where they now teach Geometry online to several hundred students around the globe. You might find Jack on the soccer pitch as a coach or playing jazz in a local club while Susan is a force on the tennis court. Licensed as a realtor since 2016, Jack has been accused of “knowing everybody.” He likes to say, “Buying, selling, or investing in real estate is serious business…but it’s actually a lot of fun when you’re cared for by someone who is truly competent.” He’s grateful for the opportunity to help folks have fun with this serious pursuit!

Mike was lucky to grow up in the quintessential Montana town of Red Lodge. His master’s degree in organizational development led to a career in corporate training in several major cities around the country. He and his wife Janell got married in Kansas City in 2008 and then relocated to Seattle, where their two sons were born in 2014 and 2015. They dreamed of giving their boys the kind of adventurous childhood that can only be found in Montana, so they took a leap of faith and came home to Billings. They’ve been busy chasing Montana adventures ever since moving back in 2016. Mike has been successfully buying, remodeling, and selling homes and found his passion for real estate through his many home rehab projects. He is especially passionate about helping his clients stage their homes so sellers can maximize profit during their sale and buyers can fall even more in love with the home they buy. Linda has lived in Montana her whole life. Following a life long dream, she left her hometown of Rosebud, MT 24 years ago to join the growing community of Billings. Linda and Casey, have grown their family of 7 children, ages 13-33, along with 8 grandchildren here in Billings. For over 16 years, Linda has made careers around community-involved businesses, working in construction, sports turf maintenance and real estate. Linda loves the warm vibes of Montana and thrives off of assisting others in grasping those same feelings of warmth. She enjoys working for the current residents and future residents of our beautiful City and State.

Robin and her husband Joe have been married 29 years! They have three beautiful daughters and one son-in-law. For the past ten years, they have called Billings “home” and they love it here!
